Michael founded DoDay to offer a different way to approach fitness. One that has his clients looking forward to every session - because he makes it fun. Making fitness enjoyable and achievable gives clients a better chance of reaching their fitness and weight loss goals because consistency is more important than perfection.

The Opportunity

Working as a personal trainer DoDay’s founder, Michael, found that unless people enjoy their training, they don’t make it past week three. That's because most training becomes boring and tedious, which is where DoDay is different – we make it fun.

DoDay makes strength training accessible to everyone. There is nothing better than someone saying: “the best thing they ever did was come to us.” We’re here to change lives.

DoDay is expanding and on the lookout for a trainer who can make sure that a hard work out doesn't feel like hard work.

The role of Personal Trainer will commence Part-Time building to Full-Time as their client base increases.

Can You Make it Fun?

Overall we’re on the lookout for someone who is the right fit for DoDay, someone who is outgoing and can make sessions fun for clients from varied backgrounds and skill levels.

  • Are you a people person? We’re on the lookout for someone who can make a personal connection and thrives on motivating and guiding others to reach their full potential.

  • We’re not exclusive. Can you train and get the best from people of all ages, genders, and experience levels?

  • You’ll need to be a qualified Personal Trainer with a Certificate IV in Personal Training and workplace first aid certificate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is a commitment to building rapport with clients.
