DoDay's Step Club is your gateway to better health, one step at a time.

Getting your daily steps in is one of the easiest and most effective ways to improve your health.

It boosts your energy expenditure, enhances overall well-being, and can be a great starting point for those new to fitness.

DoDay Step Club is a FREE weekly walking group designed to encourage people to move more; we believe in the power of small, consistent steps towards better health.

Step Club brings together fitness enthusiasts and beginners alike for regular walks in a friendly, supportive environment. By joining, you're not just walking – you're taking a significant stride towards a healthier lifestyle.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

  • When: Step Club meets every Saturday at 12 noon.

  • Where: Walks leave from outside GTT Performance Centre in Hobart's Elizabeth Street Buss Mall.

  • How long: Each walk lasts about an hour - 30 minutes out, 30 minutes back.

  • Is it for me: Go at your own pace. Some stroll, some walk with purpose, others may jog.

  • Walk and Enjoy: Walk, talk, and enjoy the company of like-minded people!
