If you’ve got some experience in the gym, this is for you

Once you’ve learned how to train safely and effectively with your DoDay Personal Trainer, or another, the DoDay coaches can help you advance to the next phase of your training journey.

With online coaching, your DoDay Personal Trainer will design your strength training program. Instead of guiding you through each session in person, you’ll follow the sessions on your own using the DoDay App.

Your DoDay coach will check in with you weekly to ensure you’re on track and discuss your progress, which they monitor through the app. Many clients combine online coaching with occasional PT sessions to learn new exercises and master techniques.

HOW TO GET STARTED

    Schedule an in-person or online session to create your personal training plan.

  2. Download the DoDay App
    Get the 'DoDay Appy App' with your custom training program.

  3. Follow Your Program
    Train at the gym of your choice or at home with 24-hour text support from your DoDay coach.

  4. Regular Check-Ins
    Enjoy regular check-ins with your coach to maximise results.
