With an expertly written program, every session is a step closer to achieving your fitness goals.
Our strength programs provide a detailed training guide spanning 6-12 weeks. They include:
Exercises and rest periods
Sets and repetitions
Tempo (the speed of your reps), and
Progression for each exercise
The combination of these factors leads to different outcomes.
A well-rounded program covers all primal patterns of human movement
Squatting, hinging, bending and lunging
Pulling and pushing
Rotating and twisting
Gait (walking pattern)
Adhere to each program for 6-12 weeks before progressing to the next program.
Within each program and from one program to the next, there should be progressive overload. This systematic increase of stress on the body during exercise results in improvement over time – aka results!
