With an expertly written program, every session is a step closer to achieving your fitness goals.

Our strength programs provide a detailed training guide spanning 6-12 weeks. They include:

  • Exercises and rest periods

  • Sets and repetitions

  • Tempo (the speed of your reps), and

  • Progression for each exercise

The combination of these factors leads to different outcomes.

A well-rounded program covers all primal patterns of human movement

  • Squatting, hinging, bending and lunging

  • Pulling and pushing

  • Rotating and twisting

  • Gait (walking pattern)

Adhere to each program for 6-12 weeks before progressing to the next program.

Within each program and from one program to the next, there should be progressive overload. This systematic increase of stress on the body during exercise results in improvement over time – aka results!

How it works

  1. Discuss Your Goals
    Reach out to DoDay and set up a time to discuss your goals, training experience, availability, and desired program duration.

  2. Receive a Comprehensive Program
    The DoDay coaches will write you a detailed program.

  3. Follow Your Program
    Download the DoDay “Appy App” to follow your program and record your results.

  4. Review and Repeat
    Set up a time to meet with your coaches to review your progress and adjust your program as needed.
